In practice
Approve the homepage before reviewing the launch
You share a homepage layout with a note to review navigation, content order, and visual direction. The client requests a change to the hero, so you update the design and publish a revision using the same review link.
Once the design is approved, create a separate final sign-off for the staging website. Include the pages and launch checks the client needs to review. The two decisions then have distinct context.
